Unfortunately, she developed tummy discomfort, went several days without having a bowel movement, and her stool became green. Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed Stage 1 Instructions
Wash your hands and sterilise the feeding bottle and teat as you normally would. The milk inside the bottle is already sterile; the bottle you pour it into is not.
Check the best-before date and shake the bottle well. Whole milk fat can settle while the bottle sits on the shelf, and a good shake brings it back.
Pour the amount your baby needs into the sterilised feeding bottle. Serve at room temperature, or warm it by standing the feeding bottle in warm water or a bottle warmer. Never use a microwave; it heats unevenly.
Test a drop on the inside of your wrist before feeding. Use a poured feed within two hours, or within one hour of your baby starting it, then discard what is left. Cap the opened bottle, refrigerate it and use it within 24 hours.
Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed Stage 1 Storage
- Unopened bottles are shelf-stable. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and go by the best-before date printed on each bottle.
- Once opened, cap the bottle, refrigerate it and use it within 24 hours.
- Do not freeze ready-to-feed milk, and do not reuse milk your baby has left in the feeding bottle.
- Ready-to-feed milk is complete as poured. Do not dilute it with water or add anything to it.
- Do not prepare feeds in advance. Pour at feeding time, and use a poured feed within 1 hour of your baby starting it.
- Any milk left in the feeding bottle after a feed must be discarded and not reused.
- Warm bottles in warm water or a bottle warmer, never in a microwave, and always test the temperature on your wrist first.
- Unopened bottles should not be used after the best-before date printed by the manufacturer. Once opened, use within 24 hours from the fridge.

What Is Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed?
Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed is an organic Stage 1 powder, mixed with water, UHT-sterilized, and sealed at the factory. Just shake it, pour it into a clean feeding bottle, and feed. The milk inside is sterile (no tin of powder can promise that).
Kendamil labels it for 0 to 6 months, and your baby can stay on it alongside solids until their first birthday. Breast milk is still the best start when possible. Talk to your pediatrician before you start or switch any formula.
This is Kendamil’s first Organic Ready to Feed formula. It launched in the UK in spring 2026 as “the UK’s No.1 organic formula, now available in ready-to-feed bottles”. UK shops sell it in packs of six, but we sell it by the bottle, in bundles of 6, 18, 36 and 72.

Is It the Same Recipe as Kendamil Organic Stage 1 Powder?
Yes, according to the label. Put the bottle next to a feed made from the organic tin, and the numbers match the decimals for energy, fat, protein, lactose, DHA, ARA, iron, calcium, and nucleotides. The only gaps are 0.01g of GOS and 0.02µg of vitamin D.
For many of our families, this is the whole point of the bottle. A baby who drinks the organic tin at home can have Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed Stage 1 at night, in the diaper bag or at daycare, and nothing changes in what they drink.
The ingredient lists differ only where a sealed liquid needs help staying stable. The bottle adds water, organic lactose, citric acid, organic sunflower lecithin, L-phenylalanine and L-tryptophan. The tin uses organic skimmed milk and calcium lactate instead.

What’s Inside: Organic Whole Milk, GOS, 3'-GL and Nucleotides
Every bottle of Kendamil Organic First Infant Milk Ready to Feed starts with organic whole milk. Organic whey, organic lactose and organic sunflower, coconut and rapeseed oils make up the rest of the base. Because part of the fat comes from whole milk, the bottle also contains milk fat globule membrane (MFGM).
Per 100ml, you get 0.23g of GOS plus 0.09g of galactosyllactose (3'-GL, 4'-GL and 6'-GL). These are oligosaccharides naturally present in milk. Kendamil highlights 3'-GL because it also occurs in breast milk. It contains 2.8mg of nucleotides, 16.1mg of algal DHA, and 8mg of ARA. The whey-to-casein ratio is about 57:43. Iron is 0.7mg, calcium 45.2 mg, and vitamin D 1.32 µg.
Milk is the only allergen. It contains no palm oil, fish oil, soy, added sugar, or maltodextrin. Because the DHA comes from algae, it sits among our vegetarian baby formulas.
Organic or Classic Ready to Feed Stage 1: Which Should You Choose?
Both bottles are complete from birth, and both skip palm oil. The real difference is the recipe.
Choose Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed if your baby already drinks the organic tin, or if nucleotides, 3'-GL and certified organic milk matter to you. It comes in 200ml bottles and matches the powder exactly.
Choose Kendamil Classic Ready to Feed if you want the bigger bottle. It holds 250ml, is Red Tractor assured, and uses its own liquid recipe, with 0.61g GOS plus 0.07g FOS, DHA and ARA matched at 15mg each, and no nucleotides. How to Use the Bottles Safely
Kendamil Organic First Infant Milk Ready to Feed is sterile until opened. The bottle you pour it into is not.
- Wash your hands and sterilize the feeding bottle and teat.
- Check the best-before date. It is printed as day/month/year, so 03/11/2027 means 3 November. Then shake well.
- Pour only what you need. A newborn feed is 60 to 100ml, so one bottle covers 2 to 3 feeds.
- Serve at room temperature, or warm the feeding bottle in warm water. Test a drop on your wrist, and never use a microwave.
- Cap the opened bottle, refrigerate it, and use it within 24 hours.

If your baby drinks only Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed, plan on about 3 bottles a day in the first weeks, or 90 a month. By 3 months, that rises to about 4.2 a day (130 a month), and by 4 to 5 months to about 5 a day (roughly 150 a month). Families who use powder by day and keep bottles for nights and trips need far fewer.

Yes. This Kendamil organic liquid formula follows the certified organic recipe of the organic Stage 1 tin, with organic whole milk, organic whey and organic vegetable oils. Don’t confuse it with the Classic bottle, which is Red Tractor assured rather than organic certified.
It contains 0.09g of galactosyllactose per 100ml, including 3'-GL. Kendamil refers to 3'-GL as an HMO because the same molecule occurs in breast milk. Breast milk contains many different oligosaccharides, though, so think of 3'-GL as a useful addition rather than a match for breastfeeding.
The small 70ml starter packs sold in the UK are not part of our range. We import only the Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed 200ml bottle. For a small newborn feed, pour what you need into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate the rest for up to 24 hours.
There is no rush. Kendamil Organic Ready to Feed Stage 1 stays nutritionally complete through the first year alongside solids.
